About the Role
The Employee Branding Analyst is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing strategies to strengthen the company's employer brand, enhance talent attraction, and promote a positive employee experience. This role plays a key part in positioning the company as an employer of choice through transparent communication, people-centered initiatives, and agile collaboration with internal stakeholders, reflecting our core values of Honesty, Empathy, and Agility.
What You'll Do (Responsibilities):
- Develop and implement employer branding strategies that authentically reflect company culture, values, and recruitment needs, ensuring honest and consistent messaging.
- Conduct market research and benchmarking to enhance the Employer Value Proposition (EVP) with empathetic insights into talent expectations.
- Create annual employer branding plans and content calendars grounded in clarity and transparency.
- Design digital campaigns for talent attraction across social media, career sites, and recruitment platforms, executed with agility and creativity.
- Produce compelling storytelling content, including videos, articles, and employee spotlights that demonstrates genuine appreciation for employee experiences.
- Build strong, empathetic partnerships with universities, communities, professional organizations, and media.
- Manage campus events, job fairs, hiring events, and employer branding campaigns (online & offline) with agile planning and execution.
- Analyze employer branding metrics such as social media engagement, talent pipeline data, career site traffic, and review platforms to ensure honest performance reporting.
- Provide strategic, data-driven recommendations that support continuous improvement with an agile mindset.
What Capabilities You'll Need (Requirements):
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in HR, employer branding, culture, or employee engagement roles.
- Demonstrated creativity, empathy in understanding diverse audiences, and strong collaboration skills.
- Passion for workplace culture, employer branding, and creating meaningful employee experiences.
- Agility in adapting to changing organizational needs and priorities.
- Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, supported by honest communication, empathetic storytelling, and impactful copywriting.
