JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage end-to-end (E2E) people processes (hiring, onboarding, capability improvement, offboarding). Employee coverage: thirdparty labour supporting Karawang plant across all departments. Headcount: 400 on average. Total managed budget: IDR 25M annually.
  • Lead capability improvement programs for thirdparty workers through a series of training initiatives, with the objective of building a robust talent pipeline for permanent positions and multiskilled operators.
  • Leading Continuous Improvement project Operations, national level.
  • Monitor and manage general facilities (canteen, locker rooms, parking, sports field, music & gym, training room, supplemental meals, office supplies) to ensure fulfilment of management requirements and compliance with hygiene and quality standards.
  • Support implementation of engagement activities to maintain and improve employee satisfaction.
  • Ensure plant facilities compliance, including PBB, IMB, and thirdparty worker registration.
  • Supervise budget management and payment processes for supplemental meals, utilities (water, electricity, gas), thirdparty labour costs, and compliancerelated fees.
  • Supervise GA taskforce (drivers, receptionists, cleaners and gardeners, helpers, security) covering a total area of 19 acres.
  • Oversee asset management for the perimeter and conduct full E2E service coverage supporting asset services (workplace infrastructure, reception, housekeeping, signage). Full E2E includes maintaining vendor relationships, contract management, ensuring timely payments, performance monitoring, handling escalations/complaints on behalf of the company, and creating, developing, and implementing related work systems, procurement procedures, and maintenance.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimal bachelor's degree, any major
  • Fluent in English
  • Highly motivated and energetic
  • Knowledge & Experience: E2E HR Process and General Affair
  • Skills: Communication, teamwork, collaboration, and analytical thinking
  • Willing to be placed in Karawang
