Job Description

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (S1) from a reputable university, preferably in Law, Human Resources, or related fields.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Industrial Relations or employee relations roles.
  • Strong understanding of HR procedures, HR policies, and Indonesian labor regulations.
  • Proven ability to handle and resolve industrial relations issues, including disciplinary matters and employee grievances.
  • Demonstrated skills in data management and data analysis to support decision-making.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and ability to maintain confidentiality.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage and reinforce a strong Anti-Fraud culture across the organization.
  • Maintain and update the employee disciplinary database, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Conduct data processing and analysis to support HR reporting and policy improvement.
  • Monitor, review, and follow up on employee violations, ensuring timely and fair resolution.
  • Handle industrial relations matters, including mediating disputes, preparing documentation, and supporting compliance with labor laws.
  • Provide guidance to leaders and employees regarding IR policies and best practices.
  • Support the implementation of HR initiatives related to employee relations, governance, and discipline.
  • Prepare reports, case summaries, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders when required.
