Conduct and ensure the administration of the People & Culture Development department complies with established standards.
Support the implementation of onboarding, employee experience, and other programs.
Process survey data, reporting, and internal communication materials.
Support the implementation of internal events and employer branding content.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in psychology/HR management/relevant field from reputable universities.
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in people development/culture development/employee engagement.
Proficient in HR administration & data management, Microsoft Office & Google Sheets, graphic design (Canva, Photoshop), video editing (Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut/other), reporting & documentation.
Having certification in HR related will be added value.
