Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Communicate complex information to stakeholders (internal management, Union, and external parties)
  • Listen to employee concerns and complaints, and facilitate meetings to resolve conflicts
  • Resolve internal disputes, disciplinary actions, and conflicts
  • Create programs to improve employee engagement, morale, and workplace culture
  • Audit and review grievance procedures and employee relations strategy to ensure adherence to labor laws
  • Keep accurate records of employee relations cases, investigations, and outcomes
  • Support negotiations between management and employee representatives

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Psychology, Management
  • Strong Communication using English
  • Has over 2 years related experiences
  • Excellent skills in written and verbal communication
  • Excellent problem-solving, conflict resolution, and mediation skills
