Elementary School Teacher

Sekolah HighScope Indonesia Bintaro is currently hiring for the K-9 Teacher Program (Math, Science & English). Please see the detailed qualifications below:

Responsibilities:

1. Ensure students are provided with the best possible opportunities for academic growth, personal development, and emotional and intellectual advancement.

2. Maintain a safe, healthy, and positive environment conducive to the students educational experiences.

3. Build and sustain open, positive relationships with parents and guardians.

Job Requirements:

1. A Bachelor's degree in Education (e.g., Education, English Literature) or Psychology is preferred.

2. ⁠Preferably holds an International Baccalaureate (IB) Teacher Certificate or has experience in IB / international curriculum.

3. At least 2 years of experience as a Math, Science, or English teacher at the Elementary or Junior High School level.

4. ⁠Knowledge of English concepts and strategies for teaching students using concrete materials and real-life applications in English.

5. ⁠High proficiency in English (both written and spoken).

6. ⁠Desired characteristics: Passionate about teaching and working with children, cooperative, strong communication skills, adaptable, culturally sensitive, persistent, and possessing a growth mindset.

7. ⁠Self-motivated, cheerful, honest, disciplined, creative, experienced in the field, and a team player.

8. ⁠Experience with International Curriculum is a plus.

9. ⁠Minimum IELTS score of 6.

10. ⁠Computer literacy (Microsoft Office).

11. Available to start in June 2026.
