Responsibility
1.Design electronic circuits, schematics and PCB layouts using tools like Altium or CAD software
2.Develop prototypes, conduct testing and troubleshoots issues in hardware and firmware
3.Analyze system requirements and select appropriate components for analog or digital application
4.Perform failure analysis, debugging, and optimization to resolve issues in hardware, firmware, and system integration.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software developers for embedded programming (C/C++, Python) and mechanical engineers for enclosure design and thermal management
6.Support production ramp-up by troubleshooting yield issues, qualifying suppliers, and implementing design for manufacturability (DFM) principles.
7.Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements during development
8.Collaborate with software engineer on embedded system and firmware integration
9.Document design, perform simulation and support production scaling
Qualification :
Education Background and Experiences
1.Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related field
2.3+ years of experience in circuit design and PCB development
3.Proficiency in EDA tools (e.g.,Altium, Cadence) and programming (e.g., C for micro controllers)
4.Strong knowledge of analog / digital electronics, signal processing and power system instrument
Technical Competencies/Skills
1. Experience with micro controllers (e.g., Arduino, ESP32) and other protocol
2.Strong foundation in electronics principles: analog/digital circuit theory, signal integrity, electromagnetic, and power conversion.
3. Familiarity with testing equipment like oscilloscopes and logic analyzers.
4.Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams on projects like IoT devices or power converters.
5. Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects under deadlines.
6.Leadership & cross culture capability to lead international team
