Main Responsibilities
- Monitor strategic installations based on equipment criticality.
- Contribute to defining budgets and maintenance forecasts for the entity. Develop cost optimization plans.
- Define and manage activity tracking indicators using CMMS. Establish maintenance standards and procedures.
- Ensure data archiving.
- Participate in implementing predictive maintenance and NDT control.
- Record data and transmit it to the methods office.
- Contribute to defining annual preventive maintenance programs.
- Ensure the execution of schedules and feedback reporting.
- Manage the EIA maintenance workshop and ensure the availability and quality of tools and equipment required for maintenance activities.
- Ensure spare part availability.
- Optimize preventive maintenance plans.
- Identify resources needed to perform tasks.
- Carry out corrective maintenance and act as an expert (workshop repairs, urgent breakdown responses).
- Lead problem-solving initiatives for major breakdowns and malfunctions.
- Inspect completed interventions and suggest improvements.
- Ensure proper use of equipment.
- Develop the structure for collecting and analyzing EIA maintenance data.
- Propose improvements and integrate new technologies.
- Utilize diagnostic support tools.
- Assist purchasing teams in selecting EIA solutions.
- Participate in the acceptance actions for EIA works.
Skills
- Knowledge of quality, safety, and environmental procedures, and applicable regulations.
- Familiarity with the fundamentals of EIA maintenance.
- Understanding of maintenance management basics and tools (CMMS, 5S, FMEA, TPM).
- Knowledge of technologies related to mining and processing.
- Expertise in stock and supply management.
- General knowledge of business management (HR, accounting, finance).
- Proficiency in wiring diagrams (logic and contact).
Education And Experience
Master's degree (Bac+5), Engineer or Master's in Electrical Engineering, Electrotechnics, or Industrial Automation, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role or including a supervisory EIA position.
