Electrical Project Manager

We're Hiring | Electrical Project Manager – Data Centre Construction | Jakarta, Indonesia

DAMAC Digital is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager with a proven track record of delivering large-scale data centre electrical infrastructure projects, from design coordination through construction, testing, commissioning and final handover.

Key Requirements:

• 15+ years of experience in electrical engineering and construction project management, including a minimum of 5 years in data centre construction.
• Proven experience managing the full lifecycle of data centre electrical works, from design review through on-site construction, testing, commissioning and handover.
• Strong technical expertise in HV substations, MV/LV power distribution, transformers, switchgear and critical electrical infrastructure.
• Hands-on experience overseeing electrical installation, managing contractors, subcontractors and multidisciplinary MEP teams.
• Experience working on high-density data centres with liquid cooling systems.
• Strong knowledge of electrical design reviews, shop drawings, technical submissions and international standards (IEC, NEC, BS).
• Proven experience managing project schedules, budgets, procurement coordination, quality, safety and construction progress.
• Strong experience overseeing electrical testing, commissioning and operational handover.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (mandatory).
• PMP certification and familiarity with FIDIC contracts are advantageous.

Important: We are seeking candidates with direct responsibility for on-site electrical construction execution and commissioning of data centres, rather than professionals whose experience is limited to electrical design, consultancy or project planning.
