Develop, plan, and schedule preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities for electrical equipment to ensure equipment reliability and plant availability.
Create and manage maintenance work orders, job plans, task lists, and maintenance schedules using SAP Plant Maintenance (SAP PM).
Coordinate maintenance activities with Production, Electrical Maintenance, Mechanical Maintenance, and other related departments to optimize equipment downtime.
Plan manpower, materials, spare parts, tools, and maintenance duration to support efficient maintenance execution.
Monitor maintenance backlog and ensure all planned work is executed according to schedule.
Coordinate with Warehouse and Procurement to ensure the availability of spare parts and materials.
Maintain accurate equipment history, maintenance records, and master data in SAP PM.
Analyze maintenance data and KPIs to improve maintenance planning, equipment reliability, and work efficiency.
Ensure all maintenance planning activities comply with company procedures and safety standards.
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
Minimum 3 years of experience as an Electrical Planner, Electrical Maintenance Planner, or similar role in a Paper Mill, Board Mill, Pulp Mill, or other continuous process industries.
Hands-on experience using SAP Plant Maintenance (SAP PM) is mandatory.
Strong understanding of maintenance planning, scheduling, work order management, and shutdown planning.
Experience in planning maintenance for electrical equipment such as motors, MCC, switchgear, transformers, VFDs, UPS, and power distribution systems.
Able to prepare job plans, task lists, BOMs, maintenance notifications, and work orders in SAP PM.
Able to read and interpret single-line diagrams, electrical drawings, and technical documentation.
Strong analytical, planning, coordination, and communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
