We are looking for a talented and experienced Electrical Reliability Supervisor to join our team. Your primary role will be to plan, monitor, and optimize maintenance activities for a fleet of over 200 pieces of equipment, while ensuring their proper functioning and reliability.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include

• Conducting preventive inspections of electrical equipment using thermography, vibrational analysis, and parameter analysis for over 200 electrical assets.
• Analyzing and interpreting SCADA data to identify faults and malfunctions in electrical equipment.
• Conducting maintenance rounds and coordinating field team interventions.
• Mastering the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) tool to ensure efficient and proactive management of interventions.
• Collaborating with technical teams to optimize maintenance schedules, reduce unplanned downtime, and improve equipment availability.
• Leading planning meetings.
• Analyzing maintenance data to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

Education & Experience

• A diploma in Electromechanics or Electrical Engineering (BTS or Bachelor's degree).
• 3 to 5 years of professional experience in a similar role, preferably in an industrial environment.
