Minimum education of Vocational High School (SMK) majoring in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Automation, Mechatronics, or other related fields. Fresh graduates with a Bachelor's degree (S1) in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Automation, or related disciplines are welcome to apply.
Basic knowledge of industrial electrical systems, control panels, and electrical components used in manufacturing equipment.
Understanding of Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) concepts and the ability to perform basic monitoring, troubleshooting, or simple program modifications.
Familiarity with Omron PLC or Siemens PLC is required. Hands-on experience will be considered an advantage.
Able to read and interpret electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, and control panel schematics.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a manufacturing environment.
Job Description:
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical systems, control panels, PLCs, and production machinery.
Inspect, analyze, and troubleshoot electrical and control system issues to ensure smooth and efficient machine operation.
Install, test, and repair electrical components and automation systems in accordance with company standards.
Support the monitoring, troubleshooting, and basic modification of Omron PLC or Siemens PLC programs to meet operational requirements.
Read and interpret electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, and control panel schematics to identify and resolve electrical issues.
Prepare maintenance reports and coordinate with the Production and Engineering teams to minimize machine downtime.
