Electrical Maintenance Engineer (Mandarin Speaker)

Job Description

• Ensure the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of electrical systems, production equipment, utilities, and factory facilities.
• Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, repairs, and periodic maintenance of equipment.
• Handle electrical work related to machine modifications, production process improvements, installation, testing, and equipment calibration.
• Manage the procurement of electrical spare parts and components to support maintenance activities.
• Perform electrical installation and quality control for factory construction, renovation, and facility improvement projects.
• Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and collaborate with the Safety/EHS team on regular safety inspections.
• Provide technical guidance and support to maintenance technicians in electrical maintenance activities.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to support production targets and maintain product quality.
• Willing to work on a 2-shift system (day and night shifts) according to factory operational requirements.

Requirement

• Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Automation Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the machinery or food manufacturing industry, including 3 years in equipment maintenance.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, PLC programming, industrial sensors, and electrical control systems.
• Strong knowledge of preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and electrical safety standards.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Responsible, detail-oriented, proactive, and willing to work rotating shifts.
