Job Description
- Ensure the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of all electrical systems, production equipment, utilities, and factory facilities through preventive maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, and corrective maintenance.
- Perform electrical installation, machine modification, equipment calibration, testing, and repair while supporting process improvement projects to enhance production efficiency and equipment performance.
- Manage the procurement process for electrical spare parts and components, including requisition, evaluation, inventory control, and cost optimization to support maintenance activities.
- Oversee electrical installation and quality control for factory construction, expansion, and renovation projects, while ensuring compliance with electrical safety standards and regulations.
- Provide technical guidance and support to maintenance technicians, collaborate with the EHS team to conduct regular electrical safety inspections, and ensure all production and utility equipment operate safely and efficiently.
- Coordinate with cross-functional departments to support production targets, maintain product quality, and participate in rotating day and night shifts according to factory operational requirements.
Requirement
- Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Automation Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the machinery or food manufacturing industry, including 3 years in equipment maintenance.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, PLC programming, industrial sensors, and electrical control systems.
- Strong knowledge of preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and electrical safety standards.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Responsible, detail-oriented, proactive, and willing to work rotating shifts.
