To further strengthen our maintenance organization, we are seeking an experienced Electrical Leader (Electrical Supervisor) who will play a critical role in ensuring the performance, safety, and availability of key electrical assets across the plant.
This position is ideal for a seasoned professional with strong leadership capability, deep technical expertise, and a passion for driving maintenance excellence in a fast-paced power plant environment.
We're Looking for You
As an Electrical Leader, you will lead and supervise all electrical maintenance activities to ensure plant reliability and compliance with operational standards. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Establishing, reviewing, and improving procedures for routine, preventive, and overhaul maintenance of electrical equipment.
- Participating in criticality and risk reviews of CCP equipment to optimize maintenance strategy and ensure availability targets are met.
- Developing, reviewing, and optimizing preventive maintenance plans based on OEM recommendations, equipment history, and industry best practices.
- Supervising and organizing the daily work of electrical technicians and electrical maintenance contractors.
- Planning, coordinating, and executing all routine and planned electrical maintenance activities.
- Leading and overseeing electrical overhaul activities for major equipment.
- Ensuring preventive maintenance is performed on all major systems, including emergency backup electrical systems.
- Troubleshooting and resolving complex faults in electrical equipment.
- Ensuring familiarity and compliance with medium- and high-voltage systems, including operation and maintenance of systems up to 500 kV.
- Managing budgeting cycles, maintenance cost planning, and operating plan inputs for electrical systems.
- Training and developing subordinates in safe work practices and all aspects of electrical maintenance.
- Ensuring all work is performed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with HSE and quality standards.
- Reporting to and supporting the Maintenance Manager in achieving plant reliability and maintenance performance targets.
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree (S1) in Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in power plant electrical maintenance, with at least 5 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Strong understanding of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS), preferably Maximo, including procurement and inventory control processes.
- Extensive knowledge of engineering, construction, operations, and maintenance practices within power plant environments.
- Proven leadership experience in a multicultural team with the ability to coach, motivate, and guide team members.
- Deep understanding of Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality (HSEQ) programs and their application in daily operations.
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken).
- Mature, responsible, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to work in Cilamaya, Karawang, and readiness to support maintenance activities as needed.
- Strong problem-solving skills, technical judgment, and commitment to operational excellence.
