Job Title: Electrical Engineer (Field application engineer or design engineer)
Field Application Engineer:
Responsibilities:
- Implement site commissioning, hand over and close project efficiently and with good quality
- Implement trouble shooting and follow up pending issue for projects, provide the follow-up services
- Deliver customer training, deliver training and provide technical support to new staff
- Sort out project backup and submit to company timely after site service
- Participate in factory test and customer inspection work when staying in factory
- Record and feedback quality issue, to help company to improve quality continuous
- Provide good service and maintain good relationships with customers to improve customer satisfaction
- Complete other tasks assigned by superiors
- Receive and investigate report of accident/incident regarding K3 in working area from staff level along with HSE Officer
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- At least 1-2 years project commissioning experience
- Protection configuration and testing ability, familiar with various protections, such as Line, transformer, busbar, etc. (apply to protection engineer)
- substation automation system configuration and commissioning ability; familiar with various protocol (apply to SAS engineer)
- Good knowledge of using MS Office
- Fluency in English spoken and written
- Mandarin language proficiency will be a strong advantage
- Open to overseas deployment, including long-term project assignments

Design Engineer:
Responsibilities:
- Development of secondary electrical of transmission, power plant up to voltage of 500kV for customers in Indonesia.
- Provide detailed design services for high voltage system control, protection and SCADA including panel layouts, detailed schematics, cable schedules and cable connection schedules.
- Work under the supervisions of a senior secondary engineer (local and /or international)
- Provide technical support to sales team for signing technical specification or tender clarification. Verify the technical part of tender program which is prepared by sales team
- Control drawing in different manufacture process, update and upload as built drawings to company's system, site survey, tender preparation/clarification.
- Interface between customer and NR team during project implementation, include but not limited to factory acceptance test, technical clarification, customer requirement feedback.
- Project management and risk control in case NR works as solution provider.
- According to customer or site feedback, finish design modification or submit special program development application
- Organize regional typical standard design and special design. Guide customer to improve standard design level. Complete other tasks assigned by supervisors
- According to project execution demand, finish project design, ensure drawings can be submitted and approved in time.
- Receive and investigate report of accident/incident regarding K3 in working area from staff level along with HSE Officer.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- At least 1-3 years working experience in developing secondary and or protection designs for electric power products and system.
- Fluent in English speaking and writing and be organized.
- Technical background with good understanding of protection, control, and automation products for power system.
- Proficient in secondary circuit of power system.
- Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to work collaboratively with a team of engineers and designers (locally and or internationally) to ensure projects are delivered on time.
- Flexibility and willingness to work as a team member.
- Knowledge of MS Office standard applications, as well as knowledge of auto-CAD drawing and E-Plan application software is preferred and advantageous.
- Works diligently and carefully, patient, responsible, and the design quality is excellent.
