Job Description:
Responsibilities:
Review project documents (PM AFE, Supplier List, TBE, Cost Comparison, Performance Guarantee Comparison, COTA, CPTA, CFA, etc.) for new paper machine projects and renovation projects.
Support technical negotiations on equipment selection for new and renovation projects, ensuring rationality of process routes, technical plans, and investment budgets.
Drive improvements in operating efficiency (OEE) of paper machines across factories in
Collect and analyze domestic and international paper machine market data, benchmark best practices, and apply advanced technologies to local operations.
Summarize lessons learned from China and Indonesia, promote digital intelligence and project standardization, and replicate best practices; support the project team in executing projects efficiently and cost-effectively.
Identify and resolve problems during project operations; coordinate with stakeholders to address issues promptly and propose effective solutions; report major incidents to superiors in a timely manner.
Conduct project inspections, supervise implementation of construction processes, and continuously review, optimize, and improve the supply chain system as required.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelors degree or above in Pulp and Papermaking or related major.
Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in pulping and papermaking, with at least 5 years in paper machine production and technical management.
Strong knowledge of papermaking principles and processes.
Familiarity with paper machine equipment principles and structures.
Strong analytical skills and problem-solving ability in production environments.
Language: Proficiency in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office and email communication.
Willingness to travel frequently to different production plants.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Proactive in identifying and solving problems; strong ability to provide improvement recommendations.
