About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Electrical Engineer (Design & Construction) to support the planning, design, and delivery of greenfield and brownfield data center projects. This role involves working closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and in compliance with engineering standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and delivery of greenfield and brownfield data center projects from planning through implementation.
• Coordinate data center remodeling activities and deployment of additional services within live data halls.
• Support the preparation of concept designs, technical studies, and engineering solutions.
• Review design proposals, specifications, drawings, and engineering documentation.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely project delivery.
• Monitor design progress and assist in resolving technical and site-related issues.
• Review multidisciplinary engineering designs to ensure coordination and compliance.
• Support constructability, operability, maintainability, and safety reviews.
• Maintain accurate engineering documentation and project records.
• Assist in developing engineering procedures, standards, and best practices.
• Support Testing & Commissioning (T&C), Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT), and site inspections.
• Mentor junior engineers and promote collaboration across project teams.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, regulations, and client requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related Engineering discipline.
• Minimum 7–10 years of experience in engineering consultancy, data center engineering, or electrical infrastructure design and construction.
• Strong knowledge of Medium Voltage (MV), Low Voltage (LV), and High Voltage (HV) electrical distribution systems.
• Proven experience in greenfield and brownfield data center projects.
