Electrical Drafter Manager

Qualifications

• Lead and manage the Electrical Planning Department team in preparing execution and assembly documents.
• Collaborate actively with the Headquarters in Europe to align project goals and standards.
• Oversee the editing and creation of electrical plans (shop drawings, as-built drawings).
• Supervise the preparation of cable lists and the development of single-line diagrams (SLD).
• Maintain continuous project documentation and update planning documents up to final documentation.
• Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
• Monitor project progress and adjust resources and priorities as needed to meet deadlines.

• Foster a collaborative and efficient work environment within the Electrical Planning Department.

Requirements

• Minimum S1/Bachelor's Degree in any technical major (preferably Electrical).
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally with a track record of leading teams and managing projects.
• Work and/or living experience in a Western country would be highly advantageous.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Excellent English skills in verbal and written communication German language skills are an advantage.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD LISP programming skills is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of Autodesk Revit EPLAN or programming skills are beneficial.
• High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and quality.
• Additional skills in Dialux, Simaris, or programming (C/C++, Python, Java, Power Fx) would be advantageous.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Package (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
