Design and develop electrical systems for residential and township infrastructure projects.
Prepare load calculations, electrical distribution layouts, and protection system designs.
Coordinate technical requirements and submissions with PLN.
Ensure all electrical designs comply with applicable standards and regulations.
Collaborate with internal teams including Civil Engineers and Urban Planners.
Prepare technical drawings, specifications, and supporting project documentation.
Support project implementation from the planning stage until the handover process.
Monitor and review electrical installation progress to ensure alignment with approved designs and project timelines.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering (Power System/Strong Current).
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in developer companies, MEP consultants, or infrastructure contractors.
Experienced in handling residential or township projects from masterplan, construction, as-built drawing, until PLN handover process.
Strong understanding of electrical distribution network design, load profile calculation, protection systems, substations, and street lighting systems (PJU).
Proficient in AutoCAD (2D/3D) and electrical simulation software, such as ETAP or DIALux.
Familiar with PUIL (Persyaratan Umum Instalasi Listrik) and PLN standards (SPLN).
Able to prepare an accurate Electrical Budget Plan (RAB).
Strong coordination and communication skills with PLN and cross-functional teams (Civil Engineer & Urban Planner).
Professional certification in electrical engineering is a plus.
Willing to be placed in Pantai Indah Kapuk (PIK) 1, North Jakarta.
