This role supports the efficient and accurate administration of expedition (logistics/delivery) activities within the HC Baturiti facility, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with company procedures.
Job Responsibilities:**
- Process and verify all expedition-related documentation, including delivery notes, packing lists, and goods receipt notes.
- Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., warehouse, production) and external parties (e.g., transporters, customers) regarding expedition schedules and requirements.
- Input and maintain accurate data in the company's expedition and inventory management systems.
- Monitor and track the status of outgoing and incoming shipments, providing updates as needed.
- Assist in resolving any discrepancies or issues related to expedition documentation or deliveries.
- Prepare reports on expedition activities, performance, and related metrics.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant regulations, for all expedition processes.
- Maintain organized filing systems for all expedition records.
Job Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent; a diploma in logistics, administration, or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in an administrative or logistics support role, preferably within a manufacturing or distribution environment.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Familiarity with inventory management or enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems is advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and document processing.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive and problem-solving attitude.
