Health, Safety & Environment (EHS) Department, we aim to build a world-class safety culture, ensure full compliance with group standards, and sustainably reduce risks for our people, assets, and environment.
Mission
In the domain of
environment, health, and safety,
- He/She carries the SE Group policy and implements the strategic guidelines validated by the Site Direction Team, ensuring engagement of EHS Team and Plant Staff.
- Drive a strong safety culture and risk prevention across all site operations.
- Develop EHS team capabilities and support operational teams in managing risks.
- He/She ensures the development of the people in the site EP team.
Required
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in EHS Manager roles within manufacturing or industrial environments
- Strong knowledge of occupational health & safety regulations and environmental compliance
- Solid understanding of hazard identification, risk control measures, and emergency response planning
- Knowledge of waste management, pollution control, and sustainability practices
- Experience managing Safety Management Systems (SMS) and EHS frameworks (e.g., ISO 14001, ISO 45001)
- Proven experience in leading audits, certifications, and regulatory compliance activities
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence across all levels
- Experience in developing and implementing HSE policies and driving safety culture initiatives
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and continuous improvement mindset
- Experience in cross-functional coordination and stakeholder management
- Business proficiency in English (B2) and Bahasa Indonesia
Preferred
- Certified Ahli K3 Umum / K3 Lingkungan or equivalent certifications
- Experience in multinational companies and complex industrial environments
- Experience in change management, crisis management, and safety culture transformation
