Job Description
As an Education Consultant, you will play a key role in helping prospective learners choose the right language programs and international education pathways based on their personal and professional goals.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting consultations with prospective learners to identify their educational goals and recommend suitable programs.
- Explaining OTCA's language courses, study abroad, and work abroad programs in a clear and engaging manner.
- Guiding learners through the registration, enrollment, and application processes.
- Responding promptly to inquiries via in-person meetings, phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and other online channels.
- Building strong relationships with prospective and existing learners through excellent customer service.
- Collaborating closely with academic and operations teams to ensure a seamless learner experience.
- Maintaining accurate consultation records and learner documentation.
- Following up with prospective learners to maximize enrollment and support learner success.
- Participating in promotional events, educational seminars, school visits, and other outreach activities.
- Providing market insights and feedback to improve OTCA's programs and services.
Qualifications
We're looking for candidates who have:
- A bachelor's degree in Education, Languages, Psychology, Counseling, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities.
- A passion for education, language learning, and helping people achieve their goals.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- The ability to manage multiple learners and priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in both Indonesian and English (additional foreign language skills are a plus).
- The ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, learner-centered environment.
- Willingness to work full-time on-site in Malang.
