We're Hiring - Educational Sales Consultant (Fully Remote)

Algonova, an international Math & Programming school, is looking for a Educational Consultant (Retention Specialist) to help us build strong, long-term relationships with parents and students throughout their learning journey.

Responsibilities:

• Proactively reach out to existing clients to maintain relationships and sell class package renewals or extensions
• Identify client needs and confidently guide them toward the right class packages, including upselling and renewals
• Handle objections and negotiate effectively to close deals
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues promptly

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, client relations, or account management
• Energetic communication style, able to engage parents confidently via phone call, messages or video meeting
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
• Comfortable working in a target-driven environment
• Comfortable with script-based calling while being able to adapt and negotiate naturally
• Own a personal laptop
• Available to work on weekends (Sat–Sun), with weekday days off
• Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
