Role Description

This is a part-time, on-site role based in Jakarta, Indonesia, for an Educational Consultant. The role involves providing guidance to students and parents about academic programs, helping them make informed decisions about education and career paths. Other key responsibilities include conducting consultations, supporting students in achieving their academic goals, delivering outstanding customer service, and collaborating with stakeholders to enhance the overall student experience.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Educational Consulting, Education, and Consulting
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with students, parents, and team members
• Keen understanding of the education industry and academic programs
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or a relevant field preferred
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage
• Experience in an advisory or educational role is a plus
