Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role in Surabaya for an Educational Consultant. The primary responsibilities include providing personalized consulting to students exploring international education opportunities, guiding them through selecting destinations, institutions, and academic programs, and addressing their questions. The role also requires strong communication with students and providing exceptional customer service during the decision-making process.

Qualifications

• Experience in Educational Consulting, Education, and Consulting
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Knowledge of international education systems and academic programs
• Ability to build rapport with students and provide personalized guidance

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred

• Proficiency in English
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Comfortable working in a client-focused, on-site environment
• The ability to work collaboratively as a team.
