Educational Consultant

We're looking for an Education Consultant for HEI Schools SPM Menteng.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the database of prospective parents (phone/WhatsApp contact information).
• Handle inbound and outbound communication professionally through WhatsApp.
• Respond to messages and answer parents inquiries regarding trial classes, programs, and school fees.
• Confirm trial class schedules and ensure attendance (show-up).
• Arrange and organize trial class bookings according to parents preferences.
• Conduct follow-ups to increase conversion from trial classes to enrollment.
• Build and maintain good relationships with parents.
• Be target-oriented with daily/weekly/monthly goals (booking, show-up, enrollment).
• Prepare regular reports on follow-up activities and sales results.

Qualifications:

• Minimum education: Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any major.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in telemarketing, customer service, or sales.
• Experienced in using WhatsApp Business for customer communication.
• Able to communicate actively in English via chat/WhatsApp.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel/Google Spreadsheet.
• Possess good, persuasive, and friendly communication skills.
• Target-driven and familiar with working under KPI metrics.
