About the Role
We're looking for someone who enjoys working with kids and parents, and is confident leading conversations that turn interest into enrollment. As a Trial Class Manager, you'll run engaging demo classes while helping families understand the value of our programs.
What You'll Do
- Lead trial/demo classes for kids (ages 5–17) together with their parents
- Guide simple, interactive programming or design activities prepared by our team
- Understand parents goals and recommend the most suitable program
- Explain the benefits of our courses in a clear and engaging way
- Handle questions or concerns and support enrollment decisions
- Follow up with parents after sessions when needed
- Track your sessions, conversions, and overall progress
What We're Looking For
- Strong communication skills, especially when engaging with kids and parents
- Fluent in spoken English for delivering classes and interacting with parents
- Comfortable balancing teaching and sales conversations
- Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently
- Experience in education, customer service, or sales is a plus
- Comfortable working remotely
- Familiar with the Malaysian market; proficiency in Bahasa Melayu (Malaysia) is a strong advantage
Working Setup
- 100% remote
- Flexible working hours
- Availability on weekends is preferred
- Minimum commitment of 20 trial classes per week (excluding follow-ups and admin tasks)
