‎Role Description
‎‎The Education Counselor role is a full-time, on-site position. The Education Counselor will guide prospective students and their families through the process of selecting suitable study programs and international destinations, providing accurate information on institutions, courses, admission requirements, and scholarship opportunities. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting one-on-one counseling sessions, organizing and participating in information sessions and education fairs, and maintaining updated knowledge of partner institutions and global education trends.

Qualifications

• ‎Bachelor's degree in any field. Graduates in Education, Counseling, Psychology, Communications, or related fields are preferred. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• ‎Good command of English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• ‎‎Knowledge of educational consulting and student counseling, with the ability to advise students on international study pathways, academic programs, and career goals.
• ‎‎Service-oriented, communicative, and culturally sensitive, with a professional and outgoing personality when working with students, parents, and institutional partners.
• ‎‎Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple cases and deadlines, with proficiency in office software, databases, or CRM systems is an advantage.
• ‎Fast learner with a positive can-do attitude, strong teamwork skills, integrity, and professionalism.
• Previous experience in education consultancy, student advisory services, higher education ‎administration, or related fields is an advantage.
