Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's Degree.
Minimum 3 years of experience in the International Education Industry, either: with an Education Agency, or as a Representative of an Overseas Educational Institution in Indonesia.
Experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems is highly preferred.
Required language(s): English (minimum IELTS score of 6.0), Bahasa Indonesia (approximately 70:30 usage), Mandarin is an advantage and will be prioritized.
Familiar with a customer-centric approach with a strong focus on delivering exceptional service and building positive customer relationships.
Solid understanding of marketing principles, strategies, digital marketing channels, social media platforms, and digital advertising.
Experience in international marketing or working with multicultural teams is an advantage.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong willingness to learn and able to work independently.
Fast learner with excellent attention to detail, teamwork, and research skills.
