We are looking for passionate and target-driven Education Consultants (Sales Acquisition) to join our growing team!

Key Responsibilities:

• Consult with prospective customers, especially parents, to understand their needs, interests, and learning goals.
• Recommend suitable learning programs and develop study plans tailored to each student's needs.
• Present and explain Sparks English programs persuasively, including opportunities for upselling relevant programs.
• Manage sales activities, follow up with prospective customers, and maintain an accurate student database.
• Build strong relationships and trust with parents to support student enrollment, retention, and referrals.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the center's business growth.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or education services is preferred.
• Experienced in face-to-face and consultative selling, with the ability to approach and engage prospective customers confidently.
• Comfortable working with sales targets and incentive-based schemes.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
• Able to build rapport and maintain positive relationships with customers, especially parents.
• Well-groomed, professional, and confident in presenting educational products and services.
• Willing to be placed at the assigned Sparks English center.
