Education Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle and follow up on incoming leads.
• Provide clear, accurate, and persuasive educational consultations to students and parents.
• Conduct consistent and well-documentedfollow-ups using the assigned CRM/system.
• Maintain consistent service quality in accordance with the SOPs.
• Manage and maintain relationships with delegates, students, parents, and alumni post-acquisition.
• Drive retention, re-engagement, rejoin, and referrals from participants and fresh alumni.
• Support student preparation prior to events and ensure completeness of required documents.

Qualifications:

• Associate or Bachelor's degree graduates from any majors are welcome.
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Possess strong interpersonal skills with a professional, warm, and confident communication.
• Previous experience in telesales, education, or customer service is a plus.
