Our client is a fast-growing second-hand mobile phone retailer launching its new online store across multiple platforms, including our website and major e-commerce channels. We are looking for an Online Support / E-commerce Support Specialist who is customer-focused, target-driven, and comfortable working in a shifting environment to support sales and deliver excellent customer experience.
This role combines sales-driven chat support, order processing & packing, and basic market research, making it ideal for candidates who enjoy multitasking in a dynamic e-commerce setting.
Key Highlights:
- Work Location: Tebet (WFO)
- Working Hours: 8 hours/day, shifting system (morning, afternoon, night)
- Willing to work night shifts during campaign periods, including weekends and public holidays
- Training: 1-week WFO, fixed day shift (09.00 17.00)
Responsibilities include:
- Handling customer inquiries via live chat and actively driving sales (upselling & cross-selling)
- Supporting order processing and packing to ensure timely and accurate shipment
- Providing after-sales support, including returns and exchanges
- Conducting competitor and market research to support business decisions
- Collaborating with sales and fulfillment teams to improve customer experience
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (S1)
- Fresh graduates or 13 years experience in sales/customer support (sales KPI driven)
- Open for experienced customer support from established companies with strong SOP exposure
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Customer-oriented, resilient under pressure, and target-driven
