Ecommerce Supervisor

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Management, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in e-commerce, preferably within the FMCG or retail industry.
• Proficient in Shopee Seller Center, TikTok Shop Seller Center, Ads Manager, and data analysis tools.
• Strong leadership, project management, and problem-solving skills.
• Adaptable, persuasive, and results-oriented.

Responsibilities:

• Drive sales growth and GMV by optimizing campaigns and pricing strategies.
• Manage the official store, product catalog, and promotional activities across e-commerce platforms.
• Optimize advertising campaigns on Shopee and TikTok while monitoring key performance metrics (CTR, CVR, and ROAS).
• Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor performance to generate strategic business insights.
• Lead the e-commerce operations and admin team while collaborating with cross-functional departments.
• Manage and optimize affiliate marketing programs to drive business growth
• Negotiate with Shopee and TikTok representatives for campaign opportunities and exclusive promotional programs.
