Proficient in using marketplace platforms and understanding platform rules/algorithms.
Fast typing skills with strong verbal and written communication.
Strong data analysis skills and experience managing platform ads.
Proactive, disciplined, detail-oriented, and responsible.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Process and monitor orders from marketplaces (Shopee, TikTok Shop, Website, etc.).
Verify customer details, payment status, and print shipping labels.
Update stock and maintain product content (price, description, promotion).
Handle refunds/returns and coordinate with finance and warehouse teams.
Respond to customers via chat, email, and phone, providing product/order information.
Escalate complex cases to the relevant teams.
Document all customer interactions for reporting purposes.
