Ecommerce Specialist

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Tangerang for an E-commerce Specialist. The E-commerce Specialist will focus on managing the company's online sales platforms, analyzing customer data and website performance, and optimizing the digital shopping experience. Responsibilities include supporting digital marketing campaigns, coordinating with the sales team, improving website usability, and providing excellent customer service to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.

• Strong E-Commerce knowledge and experience managing online sales platforms effectively
• Proven Analytical Skills for interpreting data trends and evaluating website performance
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with customers and respond to inquiries
• Experience in Sales and understanding of strategies to increase online conversions
• Digital marketing knowledge and the ability to collaborate effectively with related teams
• Proficiency in using e-commerce tools, software, and platforms
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
