Responsibilities :
- Managing and optimizing e-commerce platforms and digital marketing channels
- Driving sales and achieving e-commerce growth
- Plan, analyze, & provide campaign strategy recommendations and offers resourceful problem-solving, both internally and externally.
- Significantly contribute to the development of our expertise and support our ambitious growth targets
- Perform project management role in collaboration with all related parties (internal and external) to deliver excellent services in all day-to-day campaign strategy.
- Process control and follow-up in the live streaming, develop brand awareness and help them to increase their performance on marketplaces through live streaming activity
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field or equivalent practical experience
- Strong proficiency in English communication (both written and verbal)
- Solid understanding of the e-commerce ecosystem, including marketing strategy, product development, consumer insights, competitive landscape, and emerging industry trends
- Hands-on experience in managing and optimizing campaigns on TikTok Shop or similar e-commerce platforms is a strong advantage
- Familiar with multi-platform e-commerce operations (e.g., Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, Blibli, etc.) and capable of applying various digital sales strategies to drive conversion and online growth
- Demonstrated analytical ability in monitoring campaign performance, interpreting data, and identifying improvement opportunities
- Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills, with a strong customer- and result-oriented mindset
- Able to work both independently and collaboratively within a cross-functional team
