Key Responsibilities
- Fully responsible for achieving sales targets, brand building, and overall operational management across major e-commerce platforms in Indonesia (Shopee, TikTok Shop, etc.).
Specific Responsibilities
- Develop Indonesia market strategy: Set sales targets (GMV, market share, profit) for e-commerce platforms in Indonesia, prepare quarterly/monthly operational plans, and coordinate resources to ensure execution.
- Drive sales & optimize strategies: Formulate pricing, promotion, and inventory management strategies; monitor and analyze sales data, competitor dynamics, and Indonesian market trends; adjust strategies in a timely manner to ensure target achievement.
- Lead platform marketing activities: Plan and execute major campaigns (e.g., Ramadan sales, Harbolnas), daily marketing initiatives, and both on-site and off-site promotions on e-commerce platforms.
- Optimize store & product operations: Stay up to date with Shopee/TikTok Shop rules and features, continuously optimize product listings and key store metrics (DSR, conversion rate, etc.), and conduct in-depth competitor strategy analysis.
- Manage the Indonesia operations team: Set team goals and KPIs, guide members development, and conduct evaluations and reviews to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree.
- Experience in FMCG industry is a plus.
- Strong analytical ability, sharp insights, and logical/strategic thinking to identify and resolve business challenges.
- Creative and innovative in marketing, with excellent communication, organizational, and coordination skills.
- Prior experience working in the e-commerce market is required.
