• Able to manage teams and coordinate across departments
Job Description
1. Customer Service & Marketplace Operations
• Supervise and ensure all customer inquiries on marketplaces are handled promptly, professionally, and effectively.
• Monitor response rate, chat performance, and customer satisfaction.
• Handle customer complaints and escalations that require further resolution.
• Develop and implement customer service SOPs and workflows.
2. Product Recall Handling
• Manage product recall processes (e.g. Anker product recalls) in accordance with company procedures.
• Coordinate with warehouse, operations, and customer service teams regarding recall activities.
• Monitor recall data and ensure all cases are resolved in a timely manner.
• Prepare regular reports and updates on recall progress.
3. Store Health Monitoring
• Conduct routine marketplace store health checks.
• Monitor store performance metrics
• Implement preventive actions to maintain strong store performance and KPI achievement.
4. Operations & Reporting
• Prepare daily and weekly marketplace performance reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operational processes.
• Support the implementation of strategies to improve store performance and sales growth.
