Job Description

Main Responsibilities

  1. Achieve Online Sales Targets : Drive sell-in to key online stores and implement effective promotional activities to support sell-out within the assigned budget.
  2. Increase Traffic & Brand Visibility : Utilize Unicharm's brand assets to enhance visibility, generate traffic, and strengthen brand presence across digital platforms.
  3. Manage Key E-Commerce Accounts : Lead meetings, negotiations, and business reviews with major online partners to ensure sustainable performance and long-term collaboration.
  4. Platform Ownership (PIC) : Serve as the Person in Charge for TikTok and Tokopedia for all Unicharm brands, ensuring optimal execution, performance monitoring, and alignment with business goals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Management, or related discipline.
  • 47 years of experience in E-Commerce, preferably within the FMCG industry.
  • Strong understanding of online sales levers, traffic growth strategies, and digital promotional planning.
  • Proven experience managing key online store accounts and executing effective sell-in/sell-out plans.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build strong partnerships with online platforms.
  • Data-driven thinker with strong analytical skills to evaluate sales performance and optimize strategies.
  • Proficient in English (written and spoken)

Range Salary Rp. 18.000.000 - Rp. 21.000.000,-
