Main Responsibilities
- Achieve Online Sales Targets : Drive sell-in to key online stores and implement effective promotional activities to support sell-out within the assigned budget.
- Increase Traffic & Brand Visibility : Utilize Unicharm's brand assets to enhance visibility, generate traffic, and strengthen brand presence across digital platforms.
- Manage Key E-Commerce Accounts : Lead meetings, negotiations, and business reviews with major online partners to ensure sustainable performance and long-term collaboration.
- Platform Ownership (PIC) : Serve as the Person in Charge for TikTok and Tokopedia for all Unicharm brands, ensuring optimal execution, performance monitoring, and alignment with business goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Management, or related discipline.
- 47 years of experience in E-Commerce, preferably within the FMCG industry.
- Strong understanding of online sales levers, traffic growth strategies, and digital promotional planning.
- Proven experience managing key online store accounts and executing effective sell-in/sell-out plans.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build strong partnerships with online platforms.
- Data-driven thinker with strong analytical skills to evaluate sales performance and optimize strategies.
- Proficient in English (written and spoken)
