Job Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the company's overall e-commerce operations across multiple marketplace platforms such as Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop, and other e-commerce channels.
- Develop and execute sales strategies, promotional campaigns, and marketplace activities to increase traffic, conversion rates, and revenue.
- Communicate actively in Mandarin with principals, suppliers, vendors, and related teams from China to support business operations and brand development.
- Monitor store performance including sales performance, ads performance, ROI, product performance, and competitor activities.
- Manage product listings, pricing strategies, stock availability, store visuals, and marketplace optimization to maintain competitiveness.
- Supervise and coordinate e-commerce teams including marketplace operations, customer service, live streaming, and affiliate teams to achieve business targets.
- Prepare sales reports, marketplace performance analysis, and provide strategic recommendations based on data insights.
- Coordinate with internal departments such as warehouse, finance, marketing, and purchasing to ensure smooth operational processes.
- Keep up with digital commerce trends and propose innovative strategies to support business growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in any major.
- Fluent in Mandarin, both spoken and written.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in e-commerce or marketplace operations.
- Previous experience as an Ecommerce Supervisor, Team Leader, or Manager is preferred.
- Strong understanding of marketplace strategies, campaigns, ads, affiliate programs, and live streaming operations.
- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
- Target-oriented and experienced in handling KPI-based performance.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets for reporting and data analysis.
- Fast learner, detail-oriented, and capable of solving operational problems effectively.
- Willing to work from office in Tangerang.
