Ecommerce Executive - Freelance Project-based

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day 2P marketplace operations and campaign execution.
• Monitor sales, GMV, traffic, conversion, CTR, ATC, and ROAS performance.
• Support marketplace campaigns, promotions, pricing, vouchers, and product assortment.
• Manage storefront, product listings, and visual merchandising.
• Coordinate with internal teams, clients, vendors, and marketplace partners.
• Analyze performance and provide actionable optimization recommendations.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of e-commerce/marketplace experience.
• Hands-on experience with Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, Blibli, TikTok Shop, or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of marketplace operations, campaigns, and performance marketing.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets.
• Intermediate–Advanced English.
• Willing to work full WFO in Jakarta on a freelance project basis for 3 months.
