About the RoleAs an E-commerce Analyst at Mama's Choice, you will play an essential role in supporting commercial growth and tracking sales performance across our e-commerce platforms. This position is key to maintaining smooth digital storefront operations through daily data analysis, optimized on-platform ads, trade promotion execution, and seamless cross-functional coordination with our Fulfillment, Affiliates, and Marketing teams to help achieve company objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze sales data to identify growth factors and predict future sales trends. Assist the E-commerce Manager in preparing weekly performance reports, with opportunities to share insights with the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO).
- Campaign & Promotion Management: Plan and execute major e-commerce campaigns (e.g., Double-date, Payday campaigns, and Flash Sales) and coordinate promotions like vouchers, bundling, and other initiatives to maximize store visibility.
- Budget & Ads Optimization: Manage on-platform advertising and promotional budgets, strategically allocating spend to ensure high incrementality and financial return.
- Daily Store Operations: Manage seamless daily ecommerce store operations by collaborating internally with other teams. This includes, but is not limited to, SKU management, stock allocation, promotion setup, price updates, etc.
- Relationship Management: Act as the company's face to marketplace representatives, fostering strong relationships with platform Account Managers to increase online presence.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Team up internally with the Fulfillment team to optimize stock levels and coordinate with the Affiliates & Design teams to ensure promotional assets and campaign mechanics are aligned.
- Marketing & Event Support: Support other relevant branding and/or marketing activities, including but not limited to production and event setups.
Requirements- Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree from any major, preferably from a reputable university. Fresh graduates are highly welcome to apply! Prior internship experience or a basic understanding of the e-commerce ecosystem is a strong plus.
- Technical Skills: Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (familiarity with organizing, filtering, and analyzing data, basic formulas, and generating sales reports).
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia (both written and verbal) to effectively coordinate with internal teams and external marketplace representatives.
- Analytical & Problem-Solving: Strong critical thinking and a data-driven approach to analyzing numbers, sales trends, and customer preferences.
- Teamwork & Initiative: A proactive self-starter who can work independently but excels at collaborating across different teams and external partners.
