Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Ecommerce & Reservations professional, based in Ubud. The role involves managing e-commerce platforms, coordinating reservations, ensuring excellent customer service, analyzing booking data, and supporting sales efforts to achieve business targets. The individual will work closely with teams to enhance the booking experience while promoting the company's brand and services.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in E-Commerce and Sales practices to drive digital bookings and sales strategies
• Strong Analytical Skills for interpreting data and improving performance metrics
• Customer Service and Communication skills to maintain client satisfaction and resolve inquiries effectively
• Ability to collaborate within teams and adapt to dynamic hospitality environments
• Relevant experience in the hospitality or travel industry is advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field preferred
