JOB DESCRIPTION :
- Contribute in creating and executing strategies for Affiliate ecommerce
- Reach and build affiliate networks that are relevant to our brand positioning
- Manage end-to-end affiliate ecommerce projects from ideation, planning, execution, and reporting
- Make sure every affiliate's request can be catered along with our business objectives
- Track affiliate effectiveness & content performance or GMV can be tracked on a weekly & monthly basis
- Represent online shop in campaign and promotion planning
- Plan and calculate budgets for maintaining ROI
- Ensure every affiliate contract term and condition align with our business interests
REQUIREMENT:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or relevant field
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Knowledge of various platforms and online sales strategies and can be used related to affiliates channel to conduct digital sales or website conversions
- Adaptable and committed to maximising affiliates potential
- Analytical and multitasking skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Able to analysis affiliates up to date trends
- Familiar with Affiliates Tools and program in Marketplace (preferred Shopee and TikTok Shop)
- Able to perform precise calculations to optimize budget allocation and maximize revenue
- Able to identify and select affiliates that align well with the brand
