Job Purpose
- Responsible on planning, organizing, directing, monitoring, managing and coordinating sales team EBB and all daily activities on EBB Branch to achieve target
Strategy and Planning
- Design short term EBB sales plan and coordinate with internal related parties
- Design marketing plan by identify focus winning industry for the branch
Business Performance and Management
- Obtain profitable results by increasing Branch lending and funding portfolio
- Manage branch's NPL portfolio by maintain credit quality of the branch
People Management
- Manage sales team by developing team through directing, evaluating and motivating
- Responsible on branch staff fulfillment as per budget
Job Requirements:
- Min. 5 years experience as Sales Lending EBB and/or have exposure in Operation and Service
- S1 (any disciplines)
- Risk Management Certification (Level 2)
