Early Childhood Development Program Officer

Job Description:

• Designing the concept of play activities and class curriculum for early childhood
• Preparing lesson plans/teaching materials and provide briefings/training to the operational team
• Managing reports and documentation on the evaluation of the implementation of play/class activities
• Managing budget and procurement of materials for play/class/event activities
• Collaborate with other teams to prepare collaboration concepts and proposals for events and other initiatives
• Conduct periodic evaluations, conduct research, and provide input for program and curriculum development as well as playing experience on Buumi

Requirements:

• Minimum bachelor degree in education, preferably from the Department of Psychology or Early Childhood Education or equivalent
• Active English and able to operate system
• Experience teaching or handling early childhood (0-10 years) will be preferred
• Interested in early years development
• Have good communication and leadership skills
