About The Role

Tripledot Studios is building a long-term talent pipeline in Indonesia to address gaps in specialized game development roles.

You will design, launch, and scale early careers programs — from university partnerships to academy/bootcamp models — and convert top talent into full-time hires.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute early careers strategy in Indonesia
  • Build and manage university partnerships
  • Design and run academy / bootcamp programs
  • Own the end-to-end funnel (sourcing → selection → program → hiring)
  • Partner with hiring managers to ensure job-ready talent quality
  • Track KPIs, conversion rates, and program impact

Requirements

  • HR / Talent Acquisition professional with experience building or managing early-career programs
  • Strong stakeholder management & cross-functional collaboration
  • Data-driven (comfortable with funnel metrics & hiring targets)
  • Hands-on, able to operate from strategy to execution
