As the e-KAM for Shopee, you will be at the forefront of driving L'Oréal's digital commerce ambition. Managing Shopee—one of our most dynamic and fast-growing e-commerce channels—you will be responsible for defining the commercial strategy, accelerating market share, and nurturing a strong strategic partnership with Shopee to ensure CPD brands (such as L'Oréal Paris, Garnier, and Maybelline) dominate the online beauty space.

You Will Be In Charge Of

  • Strategic Joint Business Planning (JBP) & Partnership Management
  • End-to-End Campaign Planning & Execution
  • P&L Ownership, Budgeting, & ROI Optimization
  • Data-Driven Performance & Shopper Insights Analytics
  • Synergistic Cross-Functional Collaboration (Brand, Digital, and Supply Chain)

This Will Suit You If You Have

  • Proven E-Commerce Account Management Expertise
  • You have at least 3 to 5 years of solid experience in e-commerce, specifically managing large-scale e-distributors, e-retailers, or top-tier marketplaces (direct experience managing Shopee or working within Shopee's category management team is highly preferred).
  • Strong Financial Acumen & Analytical Capability
  • In-Depth Knowledge of the Shopee Ecosystem
  • Robust Project Management & Multi-Tasking Ability
  • Agility and Resiliency in a High-Growth Environment
