E-commerce Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute e-commerce strategies to achieve sales, revenue, and profitability targets.
• Manage and optimize online sales channels, including company website, marketplaces, and social commerce platforms.
• Lead digital marketing initiatives across SEO, SEM, paid advertising, email marketing, and affiliate programs.
• Drive UX/UI enhancements to improve customer experience, engagement, and conversion rates.
• Monitor performance metrics, analyze data, and identify opportunities for business growth and optimization.
• Manage online product listings, content, pricing, promotions, and inventory coordination.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to ensure effective product launches and campaigns.
• Develop category strategies and improve product visibility for lighting and security system solutions.
• Stay updated on industry trends, consumer behavior, digital innovations, and competitor activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–4 years of experience as an E-Commerce Supervisor, Lead E-Commerce, or similar leadership role.
• Proven track record in managing multi-channel e-commerce operations and achieving sales growth.
• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, paid media, web analytics, conversion optimization, and UX/UI best practices.
• Experience managing product portfolios, online merchandising, and marketplace operations.
• Leadership experience with the ability to build, mentor, and manage high-performing teams.
• Experience in the lighting, electrical, smart home, CCTV, security system, or related industries will be a strong advantage.
• Familiarity with lighting products, surveillance systems, access control solutions, or other security technologies is preferred.
• Mandarin-speaking ability will be considered a strong advantage.
